1. Does laser depilation removes unwanted hair permanently?
The method of removing hair with laser effects with annihilation of hair bags during thermal coagulation process. Laser energy comes straight into hair bag and destroy hair verruca cells and unable them to grow.

It depends on depilated surface and hair amount you want to remove.

4. How much time takes laser depilation face treatment? Is that ok if Ill come during lunchtime?
Face treatment takes only 15 to 20 minutes and you can go back to work right after that.

5. Why do I have to repeat laser depilation treatment?
Depilation treatments should be repeated several times because hairs do not grow at the same time. Only actively growing hair react on laser light. The rest of them are in a resting phase, which has a different duration before active stage of a cycle will come. Only a set of treatments can release you from unwanted hair.

6. Can I have laser depilation even if I am on hormone therapy?
Absolutely yes. A hormone therapy is a part of unwanted hair removing therapy and depilation is a symptom reducing treatment.

7. Do face veins changes can complicate laser treatment?
It is strongly not recommended if your skin is of photo type number 4, 5 or 6, or if you take drugs making your skin more sensitive to light, diabetes, some kinds of epilepsy, drugs reducing blood coagulation, blood coagulation problems, keloids and pregnancy.

8. What should I do with my hair before laser treatment?
It is the best when hour hairs are 1 to 2 millimeters long, you should shave them or remove with depilation cream a few days before treatment.

9. Can I have skin anesthesia before laser treatment?
To make skin anesthesia we use cream EMLA applying it on skin surface for an hour before treatment.

10. What kind of laser do you use for depilation?
Laser depilation is executed with Gentle-Lase alexandrite laser by Candela. It is equipped with unique skin cooling system that makes skin layers cool and decrease treatment discomfort. We also have fast and effective EpiTouch alexandrite lasers by Sharplan.

11. Can I meet doctor before the treatment?
There is always medicine examination before every treatment. Then, we explain the method, restrictions, possible and expected effects of treatment, and also tell you about all conditions and answer your questions about that modern depilation method.

12. Can you remove blush with laser?
Photoderm can reduce blush, but you must be patient.

13. How many treatments do I need to remove all hair from my legs?
It is impossible to define exactly define the number of needed sessions. Treatment’s effects depend on number of removed hair, skin carnation, hair color, hormones, and patients age. According to our experience it is usually fro 4 to 7 treatments.

14. Is that possible that I can have stronger hair after laser treatment?
No, it is not possible. It is always the opposite – hairs destroyed during treatment do not grow at all, or get weaker and lighter.

15. Can I have my warts removed?
The warts can be treated: with pharmaceutics, they also can be removed mechanically by curreting or freezing.

16. What kind of equipment do you use for vein removal treatment?
To remove veins we use Photoderm MultiLight by Sharplan, it is a device using high energy light of a broad spectrum with Nd:YAG laser. That piece of equipment allows us to use non-invasion method that is based on selective photothermoregulation.

17. How often I can have laser treatments?
It depends on a body part and how fast your hairs grow, i.e. face treatments might be repeated every 4 to 6 weeks, leg treatments every 2 to 3 months.

18. How important is hair and skin color for laser depilation?
You can remove every hair with laser if it is only darker than your skin color. The darker and thicker hair is, the faster and more effective is the treatment. It is not recommended to take laser treatment when you have dark or tanned skin.

19. I am a regular client of your clinic. Can I have a discount?

20. Are laser treatments painful?
Many patients can feel discomfort during laser treatment; it might be strange feeling of different tension and character, like tingling or painfulness. Most people tolerate those feelings and do not need anesthesia. If it is necessary, we apply Emla anesthesia cream.

21. Are there any recommendation for not having laser depilation?
It is not recommended if your skin is tanned or when you have 4th, 5th or 6th skin photo type number, or if you take medicines making your skin more sensitive to light, or when you are diabetes, have some kinds of epilepsy, take medicines reducing blood coagulation, have blood coagulation problems, or keloids, or you are pregnant.

22. How can I effectively protect my skin from sun after treatment?
During a month after treatment or during a set of treatments you should apply cream with UVA sun filters, and sun blockers.

23. I live far away from you r clinic. Can I have treatment right after medicine examination?
If there is nothing against and a patient agrees, a treatment can take place right after examination.

24. Do you recommend any recuperation time after laser treatment?
Definitely not, most patients right after treatment go back to their activities.

25. I had once electrolysis treatment and got keloids after that. Is that possible to get any keloids after laser treatment?
During treatment skin is never injured, so you cannot have any keloids afterwards. Right after treatment your skin can be a bit red, but it passes by quickly.

26. Is that possible for spider veins on legs to go back after thay are removed?
Removed spider veins do not come back, but removing cannot prevent you from new ones. It is possible that new skin changes occur at other places.

27. Who is responsible for laser treatments?
The treatments are executed by medicnie doctros or nurses controlled by doctors. We have already conducted thousands of treatments and we have reliable experience in that area.

28. Does laser originate any cancer changes?
There is no data improving such a process, but there is a rule not to do laser treatment at places with cancer changes.

29. Can you guarantee effectiveness of laser depilation?

30. How many ClearLight treatments do I need?
