system
The hospital is equipped with a modern monitoring system. It enables the medical
staff to monitor patients condition from several locations in the hospital.
Anti-pollution
system in operating theatres Special pressure sensing controls ensure
pressure difference between the operating theatres and the neighbouring rooms.
Higher pressure in the operating suite prevents pollution and bacteria from other
rooms from spreading. Operating
theatres made of stainless steel All walls and ceilings in the operating
theatres are made of stainless steel which prevents microorganisms from penetrating
the walls and ceilings. All walls and ceilings are waterproof and therefore they
can be regularly washed with pressure washers. Absolute

Air filters installed in all operating theatres and treatment rooms capture all

door opening system All doors to the operating theatres are equipped with
automatic (touch free) door opening system. The medical staff has therefore no
direct contact with any of non-surgical equipment. It makes an additional antibacterial

room with hand wash basins
Photocells installed in the hand wash basins enable the medical staff to wash
their hands before surgery without touching the taps. Central
sterilization room There is a central surgical instrument sterilization
room in the hospital. New generation Getinge strerilizers ensure complete sterility
of surgical instruments. Water
treatment system
The hospital is equipped with its own water treatment system. All water used for
medical purposes is free of mechanical contaminants, demineralised and disinfected
by ultraviolet ray irradiation. Antibacterial
paints All internal walls have been covered with special, unique paints
with a long-term antibacterial effect. Medical
gas installation There is a new generation Drager medical gas system in
the hospital. Besides of the central parameter monitoring function, the system
is also equipped with a consumption and control system installed in the operating
rooms and also on the corridors. Therefore, an operating surgeon has a possibility
to control and adjust the amount of medical gases. Bed
disinfection room After each hospitalization every hospital bed is cleaned
and disinfected in the special bed disinfection room. Titan
access control system The system enables remote control of entrance access
for patients and employees. With help of this system one can also create entrance
zones and entrance restrictions, which secure additional safety for patients staying
in the hospital. Own
emergency power supply We have our own modern power aggregate as well
as an electronic power supply system. Own
boiler house Its own oil-gas boiler house makes the hospital independent
of external energy suppliers. Television
monitoring system The TV monitoring system makes it possible to monitor
the whole building and its surroundings. Central
control room The electronic BMS system makes it possible to control all
automatics and fire safety systems in the hospital from one room. No
architectural barriers The whole hospital was designed with no architectural
barriers in order to enable wheelchair patients to get to all places in the hospital.
