If something should go wrong - Patients insurances
We have so called "juridical department" which take care of eventual reclamation from patient. We have an obligatory patient insurance of 300 000 PLN and a supplementary insurance of 500 000 PLN.

Maintains of Medical equipments
We have technical engineers that regularly check and give services on medical equipments.

Scientific Council
In order to ensure the highest standard of its medical services, Swissmed created a scientific council consisting of Polish medical authorities. The task of the scientific council is to control the quality of medical services and to supervise the work of over 200 physicians who work in Swissmed.
